What sets this location apart from the many Chick-fil-A across the DMV is its dual lane drive through complete with foot attendants to take multiple orders and ensure a speedy drive through. Because of the many other businesses located in this shopping district, parking is scarce so drive up/mobile orders are not as convenient. Nevertheless, when nature calls and the great Spicy chicken sandwich meal beckons, we will all brave the great winds and congested traffic to hold this savory delight in our blessed hands.

Missing sandwich, really old stale fries and wrong drink. On top of it all no one seems to care that I just dropped 73 bucks on the worst chick fil a I have ever had. I ordered through Uber eats and they just applied a 5 dollar credit and did nothing else. No one cares about the bad service or that they lost a customer.

Unprofessional rude staff the lady on the microphone was all laughs and talking to someone in the background while taking my order, they gave me my coffee with no sugar or creamer but that’s ok the problem is the didn’t asked me if I needed some and when I ask the guy at the window gave me 2 sugars and 1 creamer when I ask for more the guy act as he was annoyed and never gave me nothing to stir my coffee with. At most Chick-fil-A’s you get great customer service, not here couldn’t even drink my coffee!
