They do not take very good care of their reptiles. A bearded dragon had yellow fungus on its belly. I told someone about it and they didn't seem to care.

Unfortunately I've purchased several reptile heat lamp bulbs ($30/bulb) from them that quickly burn out after 30 days. I finally started saving my receipt and brought the last one back. They were kind enough to let me exchange it. I'm not sure what the issue is with the bulbs they sell and if they have replaced the bad batch of bulbs they seem to have in stock.

I do love this place and their groomers are very good. In the past I would give 5 starts but please please tell them not to shave your dogs whiskers off. For some reason this time they shaved off my large breeds whiskers. This is not a good practice and no one has ever done this before so I didn’t mention not to do so . Please read up on why you shouldn't and stop this practice. Thank you.

There's a list on the website. But, we have lizards (bearded dragons, geckos, chameleons), snakes, there's also hermit crabs in the reptile section, tarantulas, turtles and frogs (our amphibians) All located in the our reptile section
