They were doing an adoption event. Great service to offer. I signed up for a plan for discounts for my rescued dog we have had for almost 5 years. Petco is one of only a few places that stock Hills Bioactive food.

Those of that read my comment, a week later no response from petco vital care, and customer service. My dog was injured and they blamed it on him. Come one people, please try not to hide the employees mistake and if you just had let me know, I would’ve mind if it’s an accident. But Savanna, the groomer instead deferred my dog out from out vital care and not to go to grooming at petco.

I usually go there for grooming and it takes bout 2-3 hours since I have a larger dog: a German Shepherd and a husky mix. He is still a puppy and we are still doing training. He has trust issues and we never had any problems. Today, we went to his monthly grooming and the groomer told me that she referred my dog out, basically telling me that my dog is never allowed to be bath there since he tried to bite her. And today, I dropped him off at 2:15 and she call me and said he is ready to pick up at 3:27. As I mentioned, it usually takes them about 2-3 hours. Same bath schedule. She did not try to win his trust or whatever. I will gladly not come back.
