Very nice area. Appliances need to be updated for the amount of rent you pay. Expect to pay a high we energies bill. I love Kathryn Perry her customer service is wonderful.

The price works but you get substantially low quality appliances, carpet, countertops and flooring. The apartment is NOT efficient at all with thin walls and drafty windows. Management has no sense of urgency or care about concerns. I guess dog attacks don’t count as severe enough for management to take action against a resident. The parking may be the worst in any complex. But you’re close to highways, necessities and shopping. ONE plus.

I recently moved into a 2 bedroom and i love it! It was a very smooth moving transition. I love how spacious these apartments are. All of my neighbors seem very cool & are very nice!
