You can park in the garage for City Hall on the weekends. There's also a surface lot a few blocks away.

Street parking

Parking garage on Union Street across from the Torpedo Factory is about three short blocks away.

I usually have a hard time finding a parking, your most likely to find a street parking and then walk to the restaurant.

Not ample but enough...
