I've been a fan of Cava since their very first location opened and eat there about one every other month. This location is closest to me so I tend to come here more. The staff is friendly and prompt and the food is always fresh. Recently I've noticed their quantity has gone down quite a bit - shrinkflation most likely - and their pita had changed to something lower quality. I used to be able to make two meals out of it, but now I can eat the whole thing. The food still hits but I hope the quality and quantity isn't further compromised. I usually order ahead online - easier to tailor your item to exactly how you like it. My go to is the greens and grains with harissa, crazy feta, eggplant dip, chicken, skhoug, and garlic sauce (plus basically all of their toppings). It's so flavourful and filling. Their drinks are delicious too.

Awesome people working there, it was my first time going to this restaurant. Super friendly. AMAZING food. We really enjoyed everything. Quiet atmosphere when we went. Clean location. Forgot to take a picture of the food, must've been too good. We just devoured it. Love from Kelsey and Lydia (Visiting here from Canada) 🇨🇦

I've been to several different Cava locations and edge experience varies. Unfortunately, this first experience at this location was not great. The food preparation was great and checking out started ok, but then a connection error occurred. It took several minutes and 3 different employees working on the machines, and telling us to play wait without asking any questions, before the manager finally asked us if we were dining in. He then allowed us to sit down and eat our food which by this time was lukewarm. One of my constant disappointments has been the lack of diet drinks. This location did have a diet cola, but it was very flat and bland. I checked my bank account and my transaction was there. After eating and waiting for a good moment to approach the very busy manager, I shared that with the manager. I explained that mine was the last transaction before the machine went offline. He let us go. Hopefully, next time will be better.

The food is good great establishment overall however the service you receive at this location is a hit or miss based on who’s working. This particular shift I caught on Sunday 3/13/22 around 2:30 was horrible i confirned that the supervisor on duty at the time name was henry. The energy was so thick you could feel it you could sense the workers were stressed and annoyed one guy was huffing and puffing about how tired he was. Nothing but eye rolls and attitude from the cashier as well they also rushed and put my sauce in the bag causing it to spill out all in the bag. things like this gives the entire establishment a bad look and you never know who your servicing its a shame the food is expensive as it is so you would expect better service.
