To exit from the BDFM train yes, to exit from the ACE trains there is a ramp on the west 4th street exit... stairs to the street. The is an elevator also on the west 4th street exit to the street.

There is an elevator from the street to the ticket concourse. From the ticket concourse, there are shallow ramps to the A/C/E train platforms. From the A/C/E train platforms, there are elevators to the B/D/F/M train platforms.

In W 4 Str, The trains are served by the A, D, E, F, and M trains at all times.
