Last stop on the A train. Somewhat clean, bit the workers that clean go into the train cars and sweep up one thing and move on. Meanwhile the rest of the train car is dirty with trash everywhere.

Nope. You may be able to catch the metro North to 42nd Grand central and walk. You can also catch the 1 train @ 242nd that would take you straight to MSG...but that's about it.
