There is a small parking lot across the street from the Apollo Condos (where the Sunset Grill restaurant is). It's first come first serve. If you're a resident you can pay for a pass, if not I think it's $8. Get there early!
Yes there is public pay fo parking
Limiting public parking at Marco beach access is part of how City of Marco Isl. keeps the beach reserved for paying tourists in hotels and condos.
