Yeah, you need an appointment. You might be in a certain priority group where you can just walk in and be seen, but for my wife to get her expiring family member ID replaced, she had to make an appointment and I had to be there to sign the form in person. With COVID restrictions and all, get an appointment. And remember, it's over by the old Home & Garden building 😉
