My CAC was inadvertently blocked. I called the help desk, and they said I need to go to a CAC office to get it unblocked, and since I live in the area, Ft. Belvoir was suggested. Is it possible to walk in to get this unblocked? Thank you,

To reset your CAC card, since it’s a necessary service you can walk in at any time. We are open 0800-1540 and we break for lunch from 1200-1300.

You need make an appointment. I called them few minutes ago about walk in. As of now, you have to make an appointment.
