I recently stayed 2 weeks at your Castle Hotel Orlando room 918 12/02 to 12/14 and I felt it was extremely important to seat down and write to you all regarding my experience. Unfortunately, we live in a world were Customer Service from the Service industry is no longer a Priority and we as customers end up paying the price. The most important issue for me is the cleanliness, when I arrived at your hotel my room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, the bedding had not been changed and there were hairs everywhere. I had to request a change of sheets on a Room that I had literally just checked into. I do believe my room had not been cleaned in a while. The amount of dust everywhere. I also kept finding long hairs all over. Pretty awful.
