It's mainly on the weekends, a small after work group do play pick up after 4pm M-F.
I agree with TWA Troywade's response to your question. Mostly weekends...but small after-work contingent will sometimes play during the week. The courts are always "open" so bring a group and a volleyball if you will be there at noon peak times.
