Arlington National Cemetery is free to the public. It is under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service. If you chose to you can pay for a tour. The prices are as follows: Tickets cost $12.00 for adults, $9.00 for seniors and $6 for children (4-11). The tour makes 3 stops – Kennedy Gravsites, the Tomb of the Unknowns and the Robert E. Lee Memorial (Arlington House). Shuttle bus service fees are as follows: Military personnel in uniform: FREE Disabled with valid handicap placard: FREE (plus one companion) Active Military with valid identification (up to four family members): $6.75 Adults; $3.25 Children* (4-12)  Veterans with valid identification (and one guest at the same price): $6.75 Adults; $3.25 Children* (4-12) Seniors (65 and older): $10.00General Public: $13.50 Adults; $6.75 Children* (4-12)
