There is no cost for visiting the cemetery. When you enter to the main visitor center, there are a few interactive displays where you can search the graves by name.

No, but you do have to pay for parking, if you park in the garage just outside of it. Or there are fees if you want to take a vehicle tour. Also, I don't think there are any directories at the cemetery itself, just maps with different sections, but there is an app you can download called ANC Explorer to help you find gravesites.

Yes but you get a discount if your a VETERAN like myself and they have a grave marker with name to assist locating loved ones
