If you have a parent (and probably sibling) buried in Arlington, you should go to the visitor center and ask for a forever visitor’s pass which you are entitled to. It gives you access during open hours to visit his grave site without paying for entrance fee. Just show the pass at the entry security. However, you can not use it to go anywhere else inside the cemetery.
