No, but you can get your ticket for garage validated inside and rates are quite reasonable imo, about $1.50/hour average. Valet parking is also available at 301St Paul street entrance, very reasonable $10 for up to 12 hours (7a to 7p) ticket must be validated, otherwise it is $30.00!!!
