No. The Lincoln Memorial is about 10 minutes drive to Capitol Hill. Both in DC.
The Lincoln memorial is located at the North West end of what is known as part.of the Washington mall . The Washington Mall is part of Pennsylvania avenue that has the White House at one end and the Capitol building at the other and running parallel to it is the Capitol building looking at a different view looking straight at the Washington monument and then the pools between the monument and Lincoln memorial all that areas is is known as the Washington mall I'll send a picture from me standing in Lincoln's memorial taking a picture of the Washington monument and you can see the Capitol building behind it and there's a different view down Pennsylvania avenue if you were standing at the Capitol your looking straight at the White House but you can't see that for the treasury department building that Thomas Jefferson had built so that the senators at the Capitol couldn't see the White House from from Capitol Hill
