There is no fee and some of the 3 week per year blooming flowers are blooming!
No fees at all! Parking is free as well. There used to be a little tour tram that you could do around the park, I think you had to buy a ticket for that, but I don't think they have it anymore. Also, dogs are allowed on-leash.
