I currently and renting a house next door to the complex (March 28, 2018), and most of the buildings are still being fixed, some still don't have roofs, and the entire complex is an active construction zone. Also, all the beach access walkways are damaged and unusable.
Go to their Facebook page to see the extent of the damage. And as always, call their 800 number after electricity is restored.
If you get on summer houses website you will see pictures of all the units that got damaged. I think the only one that did not was unit 4.
we have a friend that has a unit there they sent pictures the whole Upper Floor of every unit is totally gone. I would definitely make other arrangements if I were you.
