We stayed at Island House G234. . It was beautiful!! The amenities were awesome!! The pool was fabulous, plus the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The condo development is very well maintained. Watched the sunrise come up over the ocean every morning. You would love this condo!! We were very pleased and didn't want to leave. 🙂

Have been vacationing in St. Augustine since the 90's and would have to say that this was the worst vacation ever. Walkway and stairs leading up to the 2nd floor townhouse were covered in debris. Made it as far as the next to the last stair to the landing before slipping on a piece of plaster, causing me to fall and break three toes on my right foot. Called the rental property that we rented from only to be told that they were not responsible for the exterior of the property, that I needed to call Island House. . . their phone number has been disconnected. Phoned rental agent again only to be told they would have someone contact me. A week later and no contact. Could not go sightseeing. . . could not go to the beach (the access to the beach from the property is overgrown); my daughter made it to the beach from Mary Street (only beach access). So I was basically laid up for a week - could not even go upstairs to sleep in a bed - had to sleep in a chair on the first floor of the townhouse. If you go to St. Augustine - DO NOT UTILIZE VACATION BEACH RENTAL PROPERTIES and DO NOT STAY AT ISLAND HOUSE. . too many other well-maintained properties to stay at. All I can say is shame on Island House for not ensuring the safety of their guests.

Stayed here through airbnb. It was great. Views were perfect. Nice pool. Easy beach access.
