There was a number of patrons in the store. The employees were busy. The drive thru employee didn't have a customer but, noticed that they were getting busy so imediatly helped me to pay my bill.

Make sure it belongs to HTC and not bought online. If it belongs to HTC return it.

Can I set a different password for the 2.4 ghr and keep it different from the 5.0 ghr.
