Great place to spend vacation. Variety of condos for vacation rental. 2 pools and tennis court. Private walk to the beach. Gated community. We stayed at unit h26 and loved it.

I would leave a 0 if it would let me we stayed in q36 I would not recommend anyone to stay in this run down unit nothing works so much stuff was broken I contacted the main number for several days and got a voicemail that was full I finally got a person on the phone that tried to help and told me they would get someone to call that never happened after we left the unsafe room I received an email stating I would not receive any compensation back for not staying in the room due to broken glass etc. I didn’t want my 2 year old near any of that they stated that I didn’t give maintenance time to fix all of the issues well if they answered or called me back they could have fixed it even though it looks like they tried to fix several of the issues prior to me being there what’ a terrible place to stay at and a very unorganized company if you stay at this property make sure you check your room and have it fixed if it can be good luck if you stay at the property

We stayed in Unit I23 the condo was really nice and in a pretty good location. The problems we ran into was they didn't have our place ready to get in at 4 o'clock. It was thirty minutes later and things were still not finished. We had to make our own beds because they hadn't put sheets and pillowcases on it. They then came back a little later to bring towels, hand towels, but no wash clothes to which after several calls to no avail no wash clothes at all for the entire week. We had to find a store and purchase the wash clothes. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location. Friendly people, well maintained facility. So much better than the Daytona beaches.
