This is a beautiful place to live. The association is made up of owners and they care about their place here. The (heated) pool and hot tube are gorgeous and overlook the marsh. Ride bikes in town. Shopping all around. It is a peaceful place. There is a dog park and people clean up after their dogs. They also require to be leashed. Can't say enough and we have owned here for many years.💗💗

Having been an owner for over a year here, I’ve been so impressed by the HOA and have full confidence in how they manage and prioritize projects. They are also very respectful of the reserves and have great insight into planning for the future. My experience with an HOA in an Orlando condo community gives me perspective on how things can go horribly wrong with no reserves and special assessments. Very happy here and look forward to many years of ownership.

It's a nice community with good folks living here, but the management leaves something to be desired. The computer system has been down for 3+ months now, preventing anyone from getting new entry fobs setup or phone numbers programmed for the gate. Also, the bike in the gym has been broken for 2 or 3 weeks now after I reported it. I will say the grounds are generally well kept though.
