On a Friday or Saturday night, almost definitely. Always a good idea on other nights. Open Table app makes it easy. Keep in mind, the restaurant is still closed as of early Nov 2017 as they recover from the hurricane. They will reopen, just haven't announced when.

It all depends... If you are going alone, most likely not, but if it's you and 1-4 other people, I would recommend that you do. I also recommend sitting outside, especially in the evening (that's what I did) because it's very nice and "mood lit." :) I really enjoyed the service there and the food was amazing as well.
Are they open Sundays? Mondays?
I would recommend it, especially on a weekend. But if you are in the neighborhood, especially on a weekday, you can try a walk up.
We were a party of 7, so we had a reservation. And it was a birthday so she was treated special. Hope they reopen soon. You will enjoy everything about it.
