You should open the page in the morning at 9-10AM NY time. Worked for me several times. This is when they start working at the office and this is when they turn the booking system back on. When their day is over they turn the system off so they don't get overwhelmed with appointments, I guess. It's such a Spanish thing to do!! 😂
