We took ticket for both Empire State Building and One Workd Observatory for $59 per person (Same for Kids and Seniors). But this is cheap if you prefer to go both the places. It will cost around $20 for yellow cab from ESB to 1WTC.

Went Christmas and was given a rain delayed ticket. Went three days later. Enjoyable. Take lots of pictures. Early sunset till dark, was well worth the price.

I visited last weekend. Standard entry $34 and priority access $65. But you might get discount coupons from nearby outside people roaming around with coupons (after discounts $28,$39 respectively).
