My visit to the Downtown ER was unpleasant. One worker in the waiting room was rude and the attendant who took my vitals was also rude. This is not a great experience to have, especially when you're not feeling well.

Get in contact with the head of nursing in the ER it needs to be answered to.they'll probably send you out a survey anyway to see how your experience was in there you are just be honest let them know. The better Baptist hospital is Baptist south.
