Yes it's accessible. They have an elevator inside. There's a wheelchair accessible ramp on the right side of the front door in the parking lot area.

Yes, and that includes a custom chocolate bar for each paying person. The spots are limited, so I recommend reserving. You can also take your own tour for free, but you don't get the chocolate bar. Enjoy!

As far as I know they are still closed for remodeling but I heard on the radio that they will be opening back up this month, just can't remember which day. :) So if they don't answer, just try again in a day or so.

It reopens on Nov. 15th. I believe it is open seven days a week. It's been closed since August for renovations

Yes. Some days have more tours than others, but they are available everyday. You can sign up at a regrester or online. It is 5 dollars and includes a tour of the facility and to pick a chocolate bar with your 3 topping on it. It is about 30 minutes total.

Yes, in order to reserve your spot in a class you do need to sign up online or over the phone.
