I'm going to assume you meant to say "when will they fix the potholes" They have already started working on them. During New York winters roads (especially bridges) get ripped apart from salt, plows, and freezing rain. It's an ongoing battle trying to keep it drivable. For the time being try to stay to the right of the lane, it's smoother on that side.
