People give this place a hard time bc it’s busy and customers are usually just trying to get on with their day when they’re there but I think the staff does a great job here. Even when there’s a line out the door, they are very friendly and work quickly and efficiently. I appreciate this shop.

I drop off package at store last night but for some reason still hadn't been processed when I look at tracking , I use the drop off boxes and access the places to drop off for larger ones which this was ,I figured store would be quicker but all all other drop off boxes and drop off spots were much quicker dont understand ,from now on I will not use ups store as a means to drop off my ups packages I suggest to for everyone to think about and see for yourself
