Service , food and pricing use to be amazing. The last 3 times we’ve been there it’s been challenging. Seems like lots of new servers. I understand but service quality has gone down hill.

I am new to the area and was referred to this place is a fun experience so I decided to take my family and my in-laws for dinner to celebrate my mother-in-law‘s birthday. I was Ernie from my reservation but I must say when I got there I was surprised by the rudeness of one of the young ladies that worked there. She was rude and disrespectful and didn’t have a problem telling us we were not welcome there however the chef came out and said that he would be more than glad to provide service. From there on Oscar and Angela did a excellent job Accommodating me and my family. The food was great and although Angela was a new hire she provided excellent service However I don’t think me and my family are going to return their future the hospitality received when we arrived.

Would have been nice to come here and have the nice & quite dinner we expected. What we didn't expect was to watch some frat bro get belligerently drunk and not only harass staff but my partner and myself as well. Food here was amazing and would go back if they showed they could properly handle unruly patrons. I can't in good faith recommend this restaurant at this point when staff seems to do so little to prevent these things from occurring. Next time call the Police, it's that simple

Place has been here for a long time. If you live nearby, then a good option for all you can eat sushi. It was $23.99 per person at the time of this review. Plenty of apps, and even Japanese bowls included on there as well. Tempura calamari was a nice app, but better sized to share. Sushi was OK, but limit of two eel nigiri per person. Plenty of competent rolls, although some might be too hot for those not accustomed to hot peppers. If you order a large amount of sushi it will come all at once, so you might have to wait until the one chef working on your order makes it all, since they do not share the load even if the others aren't busy, and are in fact on their cell phone, while you wait. We could have gotten our order in half the time otherwise. So that part of the service was slow and annoying as we watched one chef silly make our order, while the other twiddled his thumbs as there were no other customers yet as we went before the dinner rush to get fast service, which we didn't get anyway. Pretty good service by the waiter on the floor can't really make up for this, although ours tried. So if you live in Chandler it is an OK choice if you know this. If you live in north Phoenix there are options there for AYCE sushi, which can be better and faster, without eel limit, but might not accommodate as many customers, so unless that is requirement, then likely spare yourself the drive.

Yes...there was social distancing. Masks were worn by all staff and sushi chefs.
Yes, limited seating due to social distancing. They were closed Tuesday June 2. They are busy, with the limited seating. Keep trying.
Yes they do
Yeah
All you can eat is now replaced by happy hour and sushi combination deals. A lot of customers are actually liking this new menu. Check it out www.ninjasushiaz.com
Sure but you may have to buy the cake.
I always see kids there and the wait staff accommodates them well
