We used California pools to do landscaping and install an inground pool in our backyard. We looked at multiple companies, and landed on CA pools because of their process, design software, flexibility and warranty options. David Crosket helped us specifically design our pool within budget, establish financing, manage our project and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We’ve built multiple pool projects in the past, and this was without a doubt the most stress free, streamlined process ever. Due to labor and material shortages in the economy the pool was delayed, however, the team did a fantastic job communicating milestones as the project moved forward. I could not be happier with David Crosket, Sara and the rest of the team at CA Pools and have already recommended them to all my friends and family. They may not be the cheapest, BUT they will take excellent care of you and leave you stress free!

I installed a full 25M lap pool through California Pool and Landscape 2 years ago. Back then, it was more expensive then expected but I am very happy with the quality and the results. Recently I had some issues with the equipments and the support staff (Kathy and Matt) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast to perform a warranty replacement to keep the pool system running. Keep it up!

We were very impressed with the California Pools team and process during the design and construction phase of our pool/spa/hardscapes project 3 years ago. I must say we have been just as impressed, if not more so, with their warranty support and customer service in the 3 years following construction. It is inevitable that issues will arise after construction with any pool builder; equipment fails, construction defects present themselves, site-specific conditions lead to unforeseen issues. What is important (and rare) is finding a builder that stands behind their work, provides a solid warranty, and makes the warranty/service process a less frustrating experience for the customer. California Pools has absolutely stood behind their work, honored their warranty, and has even gone above and beyond my (admittedly high) expectations for quick, professional, and polite communication and service. I rarely leave reviews, and people in general seem much more likely to take the time to leave scathing negative reviews when they're upset than to take the time to leave glowing positive reviews when their satisfied. As such, I felt compelled to share my positive experience.

Really appreciate the post sale support from Cari Grossman. When I run up an unusual question/issue I call in and they quickly have a solution. Anything from a basket for the pool strainer to getting calcium lines removed and answers on things they don't necessarily sell. Love simplicity and great customer service! Follow up - have had minor issues, quick resolution by top shelf techs like Ryan! Then I heard Roy came back to Calpool!
