Just back from your restaurant where we had terrible service ( Andrea R) when I asked for the bill she said she couldn't hear me so I said it louder when she v rudly said to me " don't shout at me" I was stunned. Restaurant was loud will never go

Unfortunately 1 person shouldn't affect your opinion of this restaurant but it will. I strongly suggest going to Bridgeport ola

I go to both locations on a regular and i have never had a problem.

Always been treated very well here. Never had a problem with anyone here. Food and staff have always been excellent.

Agree. Must have been very busy to be that loud. (Server may have been exhausted as well! Serving is a tough job) I have been to wallingford Ola a number of times - and it has always been great service and great food. I would give them another try at a less busy hour.

I think it depends where you sit. I've also never had any issues there.
