Ordered a sub, said 20 minutes which is fine. Got there about 5 min early. No other customer in waiting area, I stood there for about 5 min 2 guys behind counter one making pizza the other playing on his phone never once acknowledged me. I turned my butt right around and left u lost a frequent customer!

Was one of my favorites, but on my last 2 visits I felt as though the pizza dough was a bit tough ( maybe chewy). Also our server did not bring us bread, but it seemed to make it to the surrounding tables. So down to a 3 star and out of my top 10. Sorry about that Napoli, we really like the restaurant too. Everyone has always been friendly and accommodating even during the height of COVID.

I love this place. I'm a retired chef with an Italian grandmother. The most important thing in judging Italian is the sauce. It needs to be good for any dish to be good. I had spaghetti with meat sauce & I'm impressed. It's a huge portion, enough for 2 large servings. It's topped with a ton of sweet meat sauce. Not acidy. Not burnt like a lot of places. Just perfect. I've actually never had pasta from a pizza restaurant that I liked. This is the first. Must try. I also ordered a 14" pie with tomatoes, mushrooms & crushed garlic. Very nice, and they make their own dough. My instructions for a light bake followed exactly. And that sauce I high recommend napoli.

Took a friend out for his birthday with a few other friends . The food was amazing. The service was super and the salad was the coldest I ever ate. I was very impressed. 1 draw back is they will NOT reserve a table for large gatherings. Not a deal breaker , but problematic. Well worth the trip for NONNA'S MEATBALLS....🤤
