You're quality of life will be determined by the people that live around you. While living here I lived below people that only stopped making noise for an hour or two a night which made life miserable. Even with complaining to management nothing was done. It got to the point where the people I complained about threatened my life and again management did absolutely nothing about it. I ended up leaving as soon as I could. I was uncomfortable living in these apartments and just know you don't have any help if you're in a bad situation here.

I love almost everything about living here. The pool, the quiet(ish) community, and dog friendly park. However it wasn’t until the new parking rules were enacted. I got my car towed TWICE because I didn’t have my parking pass displayed. I take down my parking pass whenever I leave the apartment parking lot and put it up when I come back because I don’t want people knowing where I live (parking pass has the address on it). I just don’t feel safe that way as a young woman. And there were a few times where I would forget to put up my parking pass (I know, my fault) and my car wouldn’t be towed. I didn’t think I would have to worry so much about parking until it literally prevented me from going to work.

The best move in experience I've ever had. Jovani and Kate are super nice, super detail oriented and generally overall go above and beyond to ensure all their tenants needs are taken care of. I always get immediate response whenever I have a question or need help. I'm so pleased with their management and the actual complex is just beautiful. May never move out!
