BEWARE- READ BEFORE GOING HERE I recently purchased a car with brand new tires. Two weeks later, I ran over something in the road (a nail or something that caused a small puncture). I brought my car here despite many people telling me not to go, but they were the only place that had a next day appointment. A few hours after dropping my car off I got a call saying that I would need a brand new tire versus just a plug because there was sidewall damage. I’m a 22 year old girl, so it’s assumed I know nothing about what goes on with my car. I told them that I do not need a new tire and there was absolutely no sidewall damage since I inspected the tire the day before so I would just go somewhere else. Everything was in perfect condition except for the small puncture. When I got the car back there was damage that was not there when I brought the car in. I don’t have a before picture, but really wish I did. These guys are scammers and will try to make a buck off of anyone. They will damage your car. Seriously, go anywhere else even if you have to wait.

This is the invoice number in case the management of this shop flag this as disclaimer: 145726395 They are inconsiderate here. If i can give a zero star i will. I got reservation for a tire that cost 105.99 which i did reservation last Friday. Here i am Monday 10 mins early on my appointment and the guy on the desk casually said, its not available . No apologies. My issue is, they have the whole day to notify me about unavailability. Its not that my appointment is at 7am, it was at 4pm. He then casually offer me a tire double the price. Which of frustration i declined and i walked away. I got I think its a good karma because as soon as i walked out i went to townfair tire wallingford and spoke with Joe and gave me $82 qoute for a single tire plus installation.

I made appointment for brake service inspection choosing will wait in shop, when I reached service center guy I chose to drop off and said it will be couple of hours to do. I know what I picked for appointment, never again will visit this auto service center
