Ordered Togo last night and the food was brought out 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. They only brought it out after we had to call them and ask if everything was alright with the order? Apparently that was a confusing question to the person on the phone as he couldn't even get a sentence out. Wouldn't be an issue if they were busy but the food was cold when we got it, so clearly they forgot about it because a lady was on her way to us before the guy on the phone even got back from putting us on hold. Which means it was just sitting there.. don't tell me to kick back and relax when you aren't even going to bring the food out. $50 for some cold food, awesome. I know, doing your job sometimes is tough...

Ordered curb side pickup order. Food was ready sooner than promised. Packed neatly except there wasn't any cutlery or napkins, so make sure you ask for disposal cutleries if you need it for your takeout order. Service was efficient. However, the food served was not warm/hot. Not complaining about it but just wished it was. The food was tasty and not too salty which we very much preferred. Portion was comparable to dine in orders.

I went alone with five kids, the server was very patient and attentive to our table. Got everyone's order right and drinks were always filled. They even sang Happy Birthday to one of the kids and brought dessert out with lots of spoons. Busy place, kept clean.

Great atmosphere, pleasant staff. food with appetizing presentation. Very reasonable prices. Excellent customer service.
