It depends on how much you want to see. I spent about 90 minutes there at a slow pace, and got to see most areas, including buildings and the gift shop. Lots of benches, and there are bathrooms.
Make sure you see the long table.

Walk from where?
If you take your time it takes about an hour to walk the whole garden. Its handicap accessible, and has lots of places to rest, though.
Lots of different trails bit nothing too long.
There are many different paths with lots of benches along the way to stop and rest. The first time we went we walked about 2 miles total but that was with a lot of wandering around. You don't have to walk the entire thing as the paths circle back to near the entrance
It's a pretty good stroll that being said my 83 year old mother found it doeable and very enjoyable 😎
I'd say about 2 miles if you take every trail.
