For the most part there are some very good people that live here.yes we have a cupple of bad apples..as do many places.i have lived here almost 8 years. And it still a good place to live the homeless are 98% all gone and we are weeding out the people that let them stay with them..! The people that owen the park have removed the manager that was running the park and since then the park is come back in many ways it's still going to take a little bit more time to get rid of the Bad Apple but that's going to happen sooner or later probably sooner it's still a great place to live and for the money you can't beat it as the old saying goes it takes a village not one person

Age restrictions and if u het in no partys no loud distractions no parking on road u want to b quite like. Church mouse or u will b evicted quick especially if u move anyone not on lease in your house u will loose your lease yourself no evictions or convictions or u dont have chance on your credit application b honest and quite and u will fit in lived there 6 years and love the place but i abide by rules if u don't don't bother to apply to live in here ps that's why the place is so nice cause they enforce their rules 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 and dont think u r smarter than them and u going to move someone in anyways not gonna happen
