There have been some significant changes in Midway Estates. The outdated, unused shuffleboard courts were replaced with new pickleball courts that the residents enjoy. A micro-golf course was added for resident use, and a dog park was added so our four-legged friends could enjoy the park as much as their owners. And this is only the beginning…pending city approval; over the next year, the plan is to rebuild the clubhouse and gate the front entrance. The goal is to keep the residents active and happy.

Midway Estates is no longer a co-op. It was purchased by a company. So now you by the unit, and rent the property.
It's 55+ . Guessing - there are currently lots available. Books up during high season though.
It's not a motel there are mobile homes for rent but would be by the month
RV lot rent is $675 a month and there is a breed and size restriction on pets. Again call Lisa.
