Great place you can rent to 55 and older must contact office sp they have info on house being occupied and who is there fire department needs info in case of problem

You can rent out your place, they rent to snowbirds all the time. The renters need to be within the park rules (55 and over and all that) Best to stop in the office there and talk to them.
