I am looking for an HVAC company for yearly maintenance that doesn't spend half the time trying to sell contracts and push for upgrades and unneeded repairs. In other words are your technicians working on commission or bonuses for selling? Thanks,

I have been doing business with Conditioned Air since December 2014. Yes, like you I tend to be 'skeptical' down here. I can only share with you my experience with them so far. I have found them to be an 'honorable' company with GREAT technicians and have not encountered what you are talking about. So far, so good and I would highly recommend them.

Then I think you would appreciate Conditioned Air. My husband was out of town so I had to do everything myself. I found the guy who came out very down to earth. I got quotes from 2 other companies and believe me, it was a waste of my time and theirs. You cant go wrong with these guys!
