Extremely expensive : last visit to clean a clogged AC drain cost me $347. $169 just for coming in plus $178 for a 15 minute job to clear a blockage in the AC drain. However, my biggest complain is this: they make only one email attempt to remind you of a maintenance service. If you miss it or if your contract expires, they make no further attempt to contact you to remind you of it. One positive thing I can say is that when my AC began to leak, I got their technician at home the same day. However, other companies are much less expensive and more professional in dealing with customers like trying to contact you by also phone if you miss their email reminder about the needed service.

I have been doing business with Conditioned Air since December 2014. Yes, like you I tend to be 'skeptical' down here. I can only share with you my experience with them so far. I have found them to be an 'honorable' company with GREAT technicians and have not encountered what you are talking about. So far, so good and I would highly recommend them.
