I went this morning to the store and I found many items I wanted . At the register the lady was very rude , I asked kindly if , after I paid she could keep for 30 minutes the items I purchased at the register because I didn’t have the car and I had to go to another store . She told me no . So I asked if she could hold only for some minutes and she refused again . The items I wanted to purchase were home decor and big to carry in the mall . I ended not to purchase anything . I don’t think this is good customer service.
