Hello this is in regards to the leasing office. I have been a tenant here for almost three years. Have paid rent on time every month, respected everyone in the neighborhood and even made great friends. Im “apparently” being denied on renewal for a verbal confrontation a friend had with my neighbor that did not involve me. They fail to show me the police report that never existed and only took one side of the story, and also state I had multiple complaints.. Don’t get comfortable here. They are raising the rent to the extreme and kicking old tenants out so they can get new residents in the apartments at the full market price. I’m in disbelief to hear that the leasing agents who work in this office are bad mouthing me to new residents that happen to be my friends. Also informing the new residents my boyfriend died, they will not be allowing me to re new and being completely inappropriate about my business ! Why is that even being discussed about when first that’s not work appropriate and actually a law suit. That really shows unprofessionalism. Every week they are sending residents nasty emails condescending us how to act with our children and to teach our kids how to respect the complex, they fail to realize we pay to live here… and pay a lot for no beach no sand. I’m sick of the disrespect and that’s considered defamation of character . If they want to communicate they need to learn how to speak to people in a work professional manner. I understand addressing issues but it’s there approach that is off. They need to address the issue the gates never work And we pay to live in a gated community. Enough is enough who would want to stay here anymore this place has turned into a complete disaster and the office is to blame. Thank you for pushing me out the door and Be advised majority of the complex feels the same. I now feel uncomfortable in my own home and neighborhood Maintenance is great other than that please be cautious before moving in !

Great place to live and really good management. They do their jobs well and maintain good communication regarding anything. They made my move in effortless and move out pretty easy as well. They are flexible and just want to do what's best for their company as well as the resident. The maintenance crew is phenomenal, professional and overall really kind. Apartment living isn't always luxurious anywhere you go but I really felt like the grounds were kept up. For a property that is less than 5 years old, the cost for the size is probably the best you will find especially for the area. I saw some negative reviews and they're disheartening; and while I'm sure everyones perception of reality in their experience is their own to have, they couldn't be further from the truth on how they handle business as a management owned property. I would stay here for a long time if I werent moving out of state and sad to say goodbye to the ladies in the office!

I loved living in this apartment complex! So many great things from location, apartment itself, to the wonderful staff! The location is great as it is so handy to many amenities! University Avenue has everything you could possibly want or need. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. Tons of closet space. The staff in the Leasing Office and the Maintenance Team are top notch. Any time a maintenance request was submitted, I got a quick response with wonderful communication. The Leasing Office was super helpful, responsive and willing to help as well. If I ever move back to Florida, I know where I will be living again! It is also a wonderful complex for a walker/runner, as there are plenty of sidewalks within the complex to safely walk/run, as well as sidewalks outside of the complex too.

If you’re moving to Coral Springs FL, THIS is the place to live! I’ve lived in Coral Springs for 28 yrs and hand down this is the best community in the city! excellent and convenient location. The staff is amazing, especially the manager Jessica. She always took care of any request or concerns, in a very professional and friendly manner. Any time I needed maintenance done, Al and Ramon were there quickly, fixed whatever I needed thoroughly and were also very friendly. My kids loved it here as well, the playground and pool were always a great way for them to have fun. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and the only complaints I have are about some of the residents who live here that seem to be very ignorant and not respectful of the property and use of amenities. The staff in the office always made sure to send emails and notices out and try to correct any issues with people who reside here, but sometimes you just can’t fix “stupid”. The office is one of the cleanest most inviting place to go unwind for a bit, the decor is beautiful! I absolutely loved living here and will miss it and it’s wonderful staff very much. Anyone who says anything about this community otherwise, are likely the ones who don’t respect or obey the community rules. Thank you to the Reserve at Coral Springs staff for making our experience living here a very enjoyable one that I will forever remember.
