After 4 different doctors and 3 years of being half blind. Dr. Woronick took the time to actually listen to me and now I can see my phone and street signs at the same time. Couldn’t recommend him more. Thanks

Great service staff tweaked the adjustment on my glasses!

Customer service is awful. Spoke to the same lady Mari several times trying to set up an appointment for my son. Every time she had an attitude. Finally go today for the appointment and it’s canceled. She told told me that she left a voice message because I didn’t answer my phone. Pulled out my phone and I showed her my VM’s. None from her. She then told me she left one on our home number. Again didn’t receive one. Her answer with attitude, was well I know we did call. We won’t be back for sure. Only got one star because I had to. To start the review process.

Stopped at the Naples Store yesterday on Tamiami because the arm fell off my glasses, and the Technician (Katherine) there couldn’t have been more helpful. She was pleasant, courteous, and found a screw for my glasses, fantastic! She also spoke with me about the viuview product that caught my attention for the next pair. I will be back!

A comprehensive eye exam involves a series of comfortable and pain-free tests that offer a close-up look at your eye health and visual function. Between having all the tests performed and discussing the results with our eye doctor, you can expect your visit to last up to an hour.
It’s essential to remember to bring your current eyeglasses or contact lenses prescription to your visit. If you also wear reading glasses, computer glasses, protective eyewear, or other visual aids, you may want to bring these as well. Because getting your pupils dilated can leave you sensitive to light for several hours following your appointment, it’s wise to bring sunglasses to the appointment.
While it’s always a good idea to have an annual eye exam, how often an eye exam is needed depends on several factors. A patient’s age, family and personal medical histories, a previous eye injury, existing eye conditions, and environmental or occupational factors determine the recommended frequency. The American Optometric Association offers specific guidelines for both children and adults. As your trusted partner in care, our office will discuss the most appropriate schedule to protect the health of your eyes and the quality of your vision.
I agree... i know my glasses were not damaged to the extent they were when they came out of their hands. I could NOT see they were so crackled and damaged. Going in they were fine. Or i could not not have driven. When you left them in the car the heat destroyed the protective coating. I cant see wo them why would i leave them in the car. I learned you could go in th o any shop to get an adjustment. They only handle their own product. Then that should b posted on yhe door. "If we did not make them we cannot adjust them." Seriously, did i step into a new dimension with altered ethical norms and no compassion. We can make you another set of lenses was all they offered and that would take 2-3 weeks. With no thought as to what i coukd do in the meantime. And no they arent getting their mitts on my glasses again. My lawyer is calling me today. Complete and utter nonsence. Dont go!!!
