If I could give a zero, I would! The customer service is horrible, i waited 30 minutes for my appointment after i filled out their paperwork just to find out that online it said my optical insurance was in network for them and then the rudest and most unwelcoming women at the exam desk looked me up and down and told me that it was out of network and I would have to be reimbursed for the exam, which alone was going to be $118! NEVER COME HERE! They are horrible, disrespectful, and treat people like 3rd class citizens. I hope those women get promoted to customer!

i went to the ER when i got gasoline in my eyes but eye glass world can check the status of your eyes, they got a real good look at my corneal abrasion and chemical conjunctivitis. im not sure if they'll prescribe a steroid or not fron that location
