Was there to pick up some tshirts. For some reason my phone did not let me notify that I was outside waiting. I got inside to fine out the tshirts were 9.00 at store , I had purchased them at 16.00 . I got a refund, but I guess prices are more for online orders or lazy people. From now on I will shop in store and save some money.

The collection of clothes is pretty good, although sometimes they feel repetitive. The quality of the merchandise is unquestionably amazing and there is always some or the other sale going on.. This location does not get very crowded so one can shop in peace. But the staff seems pretty confused sometimes about store timings. I was once inside the store and at 8pm I was told that the store is now closed even though I had asked beforehand and was told that the store will close at 9. Also, last week I called them to confirm store timings for labor day and was told 9 but when we reached at 7.45 or so, we were told that the store will be closing in a few minutes.. Other than this, I would say that this Carter's store location is a pretty good place to shop for your kids..

I love Carters & Oshkosh clothes and their stuffed animals. My favorite store for my kids clothing because their clothes is really soft, stretchy and true to size. I've never bought something I didn't like from here or that was defective. The racks are always organized and the store is always clean, the store associates are really nice & helpful too I've never had problems here. :)

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

Most items will be ready for Pick Up Today / Curbside Pickup within two hours of the time you place your order online. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup. Place your order 2 hours before close for same-day pickup.
Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
