Please note they're open by appointment only!! 😣 Said it was open and closed at 4pm so we made the drive from long Beach just to find out it was closed. Sadly I will not be returning nor would I recommend it.

Brought my son here for his junior prom after searching other stores for the look he was going for. (He is very picky!) But thank god Charlie was awesome he knew exactly what hat my son wanted! We were literally in and out in 30 minutes. My son was so happy we came back for homecoming. I highly recommend this store

I made the mistake of not asking for the clerk's name but I really can't say enough about how wonderful he was. I arrived with my wheelchair-bound father a month before my wedding filled with anxiety. I had no idea how to get him fitted or what he could wear. Not only was this gentleman patient but he was so knowledgeable and kind. He made my dad look great and his confidence definitely got a boost. For reference I live in Santa Monica but I will be driving to Downey for suit rentals in the future. They have a customer for life!
